“Si tratta di un hotel molto grande e importante a Plovdiv, ma datato ormai anche se la manutenzione è fatta bene. Il problema principale dell hotel è il personale alla reception e i manager dietro. Poco cortese e soprattutto privi di tatto nell interloquire con i clienti. Il motivo della mia recensione negativa è dato da un episodio che mi ha lasciato sdegnato, in quanto al momento del check out il tizio della reception mi ha accusato in maniera diretta e senza alcun tatto di aver rubato una...
